Mission statement: Our mission is to provide end to end installations of internal and external wireless communications to produce the best quality outcomes for our customers. We intend to do this while ensuring the safety and security of the public, our employees and our customer’s infrastructure.

 

Service: Our service will include detailed analysis of the scope of work and forward planning any issues within the design before deploying to site. Quality installations will be a feature of our company’s service to its customers. Our aim will be no return to sites for defect rectification.

• Inspection & Routine Maintenance

 

Employees: We currently employ communication riggers and accredited communication height workers we can draw from to meet our customer requirements. We also have qualified technical specialists for internal installations, testing and commissioning.

Training: All our Height Workers have the current mandatory training requirements to work for our company: Working @ Heights, Tower Rescue, RF Awareness and White Card. All employees are required to abide by our OH&S Policy.

 

Insurance: dBi Communications has current Public Liability insurance of $20,000,000.

 

OH&S: dBi Communications has a current Quality Management System and abides by the Work Health and Safety Act 2012 (SA) and Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012 (SA).
